Hi, I used Quicktime Pro v6.3 to play 3gp files taken from my P800 using Philips Camcorder ( Unlimited ). You can convert 3gp files to avi
using quicktime. You have to install quicktime3GPPInstaller.exe to enable Quicktime Pro v6.3 to play 3gp files as well as make 3gp files.
You can also use RealOne Player v2.0 for PC to play 3GP files taken
by Philips Camcorder. You have to download the H.263 Video Plug-in
Support (3GPP Plug-in) for RealOne Player to be able to play 3gp files.
This Video Plug-in support is an autoupdate and you have to be co-
nnected to the internet to be able to download this video plug-in
support. Just open a 3gp file and it will prompt you to an autoupdate
if your realone player has no H.263 Video Plug-in Support.
You can also play 3gp files in your PC with Moviemaker for P800.
for more downloads and info regarding 3gp to avi you can go to:

I know this is an old post but there is also a 3GP to uncompressed AVI from MIKSOFT, called Mobile3GPconverter.. It is using the 3gpToRawAvi converter but its interface it is really grade.. You can even convert many 3GP files to AVI at once.. Get it from
www.miksoft.8m.com ..
