Bookmark topic
Further to the discussion on the Opera 6.3 thread, does anyone experience any significant power drain when using SMAN?

not particularly, for mine. I have SMan running in the b/ground almost all the time because I like the flipclose flushing function.

Same here, I have always been of the opinion that it saved more battery power than it used up.

*Definitely* affects mine!
Using SMan in auto run and flush on flip closed enabled, I get about 1.5 days of standby with my own 'normal' usage.
With SMan not running, and same usage, I get about 4 to 5 days between needing to recharge.

I think Sman is great! No noticable excess power drain using it. I have it running in background all the time.

@Rob_B: Could be another app you have installed is eating you battery... uninstall SMan and monitor for the next few days...
