I have a Z600. When the phone rings, I am supposed to be able to mute the phone from ringing by pressing one of the volume buttons once. This works if one of the buttons is pressed within 10-12 seconds. But, if pressed after 10-12 seconds it wont work! The phones melody keeps ringing!

I have software R5B001.

Can someone try it on your phone and please post the result.

Its a known problem with that firmware. It can't be fixed.

We're talking about the z600 firmware... In there you can read that if you press the camera button and then the + - buttons you will mute the phone
