I have had a P900 for a couple of months now and everything is working fine with it - love the phone.

I have installed a number of things on it, but nothing large on the internal drive (just oggplayer). However it says that I have only got 1.8MB left on the internal drive! I have checked under the 'media files' and they consist of under 1MB.

I have checked on the system files on Z: drive and it says they are 23MB!!
'apps' is about 4.5MB,
'libs' is 13.4MB
'data' is 1.9MB,
'programs' is 1.8MB
The rest of the folders are all a few hundred Kb.

How can I bring this number down? Is there anyway I can format the system drive and start it all from scratch. I don't mind installing all my apps again.
My phone system keeps saying that there isn't enough memory left, and I can see why. help.

Cheers

u probably have several apps running at the same time and with the P900 there's no easy way to close these apps. I have TaskMan (www.handango.com) which allows me to close unwanted apps and free up memory. There are also several other apps on the market like X etc that allow you to close apps. Go to handango, download a couple of free trails and see which u like best.

Cheers for the response, but I don't think I have made myself perfectly clear.
It isn't the RAM that is being nailed (that is just under 6MB), its the actual storage size on the system hard disk.

I am using taskman to close all of the apps, but can't seem to find why the system hard disk (z disk) is running out of space.
