Hi,

I'm just got myself a orange P900 and gotta say, I'm pretty pleased with it. I'm obviousley still getting to grips with the phone and the available software, and was wondering about a decent web browser.

I installed Opera and think its fantastic. But my battery just seemed to drain. I've read in some places that Opera causes this if you leave it running (which I may have done), but it could have been something else. I haven't tried the requireless one yet, but it seems a tiny download compared to Opera - probably meaning less drain on the battery.

What are people's opinions/experience with the different browsers available: Opera, Requireless, the pre-installed browser... any others?

I prefer Opera.

You can install Sman, and kill unwanted running applications (Opera).

why you can exit opera normaly with 6.3?

I am beginning to wonder if I am having a problem with browsers on my phone. I also have a Sony Clie using Netfront and that displays a full width window that allows me to scroll horizontally - however with Opera it compresses the page width to the screen width and messes up the whole page.

I have tried full screen and also in the preferences the scroll bars are set to Auto.

Is there a browser that will allow the screen to be used horizontally and will render the whole page and scroll?
