in the Palm world SanDisk SD cards are consinered slow and unstable - especially the ones with large capacity.

is that also the case with MS/MSD for P8/P9?

Personally, ever since the problems with Sandisk cards in Palms surfaced, I tend to avoid anything made by Sandisk. Stick with the Sony MS(D)'s - I've not had one problem from them yet.

I've got a sandisk 128, it's perfectly fine for me!

I bought two of them from the US and they both work fine for me - transfer speed is the same as the 32MB version that came with the P900 - in other words, fast using an MS adaptor and slow when using the phone in it's base station.

There seems to be a large price difference between Sony and SanDisk and I can't see why it's justified.
