These are very popular in Asia, and (judging from the # of websites selling them with .uk prefixes) in Great Britain. But I've never seen them on sale here in the US, and I've also noticed that the ones for sale online are mostly for NOKIA products.
Does anyone have any experience with using dual SIM cards on SE phones? Are there any that fit inside the back or are they mostly exterior holders? Links and any anecdotal info would be appreciated.

Dual SIM Card holder from E-Bay, where you have to cut your SIM cards to a smaller size. These are supposedly the only ones that work with the T68i, and the T616.
There are also the other type of
Dual SIM Card holder from E-Bay where you don't have to cut your card, but I don't think it works with many SONY Ericsson's.

The T610 dual sim replaces the back cover and the sims are held in there. You can get back covers in different covers but not official SE ones.
