Hello all, I need some help. I need a new phone on precisely April 5th. The T630 isn't out in america yet, and in order to get it with a plan (pay the difference between the commision and the phone) the phone must be supplied by a master dealer in the area. I live in New York, and from what I hear, the master dealers in the area haven't gotten this phone yet (or announced getting it). When will they release the freaking phone? (Any master dealers out there???) and what should I do if its not out, I'm not trusting my trip to Virginia on this (nokia) 8890 that keeps shutting off on me. Especially since I'm going to need internet coverage on the Car-ride there for my laptop. I'm also considering a linksys dongle, is that a good choice? and if the 630 isn't out, I can definately get the t610 for free, but its not a choice I want to take. Anyone have a t630 that is dissatisfied? I like the white and black, anyone have any problems with either the 610 or 630? How are the internet speeds? and Call clarity? Someone said they didn't improve at all upon the t68i in terms of slow-ness and call clarity, is this true? Camera isn't a feature I'm going to use much. How Sturdy is the t630(build quality)? Is the bulge for the camera in the back noticable? hatable?

If you want to get a phone with contract and can't wait for the T630 you should just get the T610. It is offered at a really low price now. You can order it from Amazon.com and get if free with T-Mobile. Amazon even gives you $30 back.
If you really want the T630 I advice you to buy it without contract and just suck up the cost.

I think the T630 is a great phone. Great build quality, very sturdy, good signal strength (in Australia) and of corse it looks very nice. The bulge in the back isnt really a bulge, its certainly not noticeable or anoying. I havent used it to hook up to the net yet but I use a bluetooth dongle on my PC to transfer files and it was extremly easy to set up and use. Link seams vert strong and never drops out and u can just drag and drop files in and out of the phone. The speed of file transfer via bluetooth is about 5kbps. I hope this info helps!
