i need help please i want to format my disc but it say me in use and don't do anything.....
what can i do????
i need to make a format of the phone before???

had this prob on mine. thinks it's still in use. either use Sman to shut down active tasks then try.Or, hold power button in for 10secs whilst on.this force ends all tasks. turn on fone then format stick. shouldn't need to format phone. si

have u tried manually uninstalling all apps on stick then clean up files with file explorer, some programs run in background and so must be removed before formatting,hope this helps... LAST resort, format phone then stick,works but net settlngs are a ballache!
