Hey!
I've tried everything. I have my phone fully charged, turned off in the dock. No firewall/antivirus installed. No spyware installed. Even tried on my girlfriends computer but all I get is: "You don't have your phone turned off" or "The phone isn't fully charged". But I've done this. Tried with the power in and out of the dock too. All suggestions are welcome!
