I would like to download the contacts of all the employees at my work, which is a file with approx. 3000 contacts.
Is there any limitation on number of contacts on P900?

Only the amount of memory you have - and 3000 contacts shouldn't take up too much space, as the average file is about 2kb ,I think.

You can store as many addresses you can depending upon your free memory left. if you will fill all the 18 fields in the cantact it will take aprox 1kb of memory. and one more advice if you have this much no of contact then its better you start storing it in small chunks of 300 and then 300 and so on otherwise your computer may get hang there is a detailed procedure which phone take to make a table of lists of contacts. I hipe this will solve your problem

I've got 2900 contacts from work, and although it takes a little while to scroll through it is pretty handy.
