i would like to ask you how to set up t310 to connect to inertnet via pc using IR? if softwares needed, what the name of softwares do i need and how do i get?

Here is the T310 support page. You should click on Driver, scripts and patches and there you will find a modem script and even a dial up suite to help you create your internet connection.

I haven't used that last one, indeed I haven't seen it before, but it looks pretty good
