Hey guys,
I installed both MMS & WAP configurators from SE. Now I have two internet accounts -
. Picture Massaging (MMS confiigurator)
. T-Mobile GPRS (WAP configurator)
Now whenever I connect to internet via the default or Opera browser, the connect to internet window pops up and asks me to select the account name (with a picklist of two accounts above).
Here are my questions...
1. the picture messaging acccount is for MMS, right?
2. T-Mobile GPRS is for internet, right?
3. why am i being asked to select the interner account everytime i use either browser?
4. when i am connected to the internet, the phone icon has and 'X' across it on the bottom status line, saying incoming calls are not allowed?
Did i screw this up with the auto install?
please help!!!

Chill Winston - you've done nothing wrong.
T-Mobile GPRS is for web/wap and Picture Message is for MMS, like you said.
If you go into Control Panel and select Internet Accounts, un-check the box that says "Show connection dialog". That will prevent you from having to select which account to use each time.
Then, on the same screen, press the "Other" tab, and set "Preferred mode" to Automatic, not GPRS only, which will prevent you from being unable to receive calls whilst surfing.
There ya go!

Thanks dave_uk,
this seems to have resolved my problem...you are the man!
now, next question...
how come the Opera browser does not work with certain sites when the default browser seems to be fine???
for example, the UA flight status page
http://ua2go.com (select flight status)..
it displays the following error
XML parsing failed. junk after document element (84:11).
is this because Opera can not handle XML??

Errr.....
That one I don't know - strange phenomenon, I've always thought must have something to do with the encryptionlevels ofr certain sites, but it does seem a bit random!
Glad I could be of some help
Dave
