Hi
I'm having problems syncing my new Z600. I'm running Outlook and XP. I downloaded the SE Comms Suite. My phone is picked up by the Mobile Phone Monitor but when I try and sync with XTND it hangs on "loading 'Outlook' translator". Anybody recognise this and can help please?
Cheers
Rich

The "sw"? I've installed uninstalled the comms suite about 5 times with no joy.

The only thing i can tell is that i've successfully synched Outlook XP on WinXP with my Z600, using IR and XTND.
Maybe some XTND synch setting is not properly configured...
Don't know...
Good luck.

I have the same problem my self. At work i have Win2K with the USB DCU11 cable. It will not connect to my computer. I have also tried a RS232 cabel but it will not connect. I have talked to SE support, also the section for more advance help, but they have no clue what's wrong. They have recommended me to take a format c: .
So how i manage it, i took my other bluetooth dongle with me at work, an voila it sync. So borrow or buy a BT dongle and try, maybe that will work. ( I have tried my phone at other pc's with the same cable, and it work, but not on my computer)
PS: Have activated your com 3 or 4 at MobilePhoneMonitor? You can also try to cut of process Mroutertime or something. Good luck

I have a different problem. I hade XTNDC working fine on my previous computer. When I installed the comms suite from SE's site on my new computer it just won't work... It says "invalid user name" or "cannot initialize sync engine" no matter what I try. Could it be an Outlook 2003 issue?
Maybe I should just ditch the install package I downloaded and try with the one on the CD instead...

Actually - it worked... So kids - stay away from the Internet, use the installer on the CD you got with your phone instead.
