It's not really possible, MIDI only contains certain instruments and notes which it is told to play. I dont think theres an instrument in its index called dial-up modem.

Actually, I don't think it'd be a midi file. It could be a dead ringer, but since T616/T610's can't play wav files............................DARN!

No, you can't use recordings as ringtones. There have been many threads about that.
