Hi all,
I'm new to Esato, still I've carefully searched the forum for topics on the Memory Stick Duo compatibility of the p900. Don't shout yet

Right now I think the situation is clear, the P900 supports only Memory Stick Duo up to 128Mb. OK I'm like many visitors and wonder if Sony will ever release 256Mb sticks or a new firmware to support Duo Pro.
I know this has been discussed a lot of times but I've seen that most posts are dated from november or december 2003. We're now in march 2004 and I wonder if there was an update with maybe a statement from SE on this specific matter ?
Thanks
Julien

Yep, I've heard this to and I find all this VERY disturbing.
1. In a online shop you can buy a 512 memory stick duo. So this card will not word on the P900? I thought the cards where made mostly for the P900/P800.
2. When I visited a store I asked about the differences between the P900 and the P800, and he said something completely different. That is that the P900 has support for up to 1024 meg!?? So he didn't have a clue about what he were saying or what???
