hi can any body help me.

my p900 is on voda and is fortunatly works on all nets.

but have encountered some problems. please let me know ifu hare encodnterd somethin similar.

- while surfing internet web pages (html normal. not wap)
i get a flash of the screen approx 5 sec then a pause. backlight on agaln. phone restarts

then a message is displayed-
"phone has restarted in order to improve performance"
somethin like that.

any website i go and it does it evey'time.

im reall pissed about this.

can any1 help me

1) Get them to update the phone to R4A06 unless you already have that.

2) Install SMAN and make a snapshot of the phone when its restarted
and then use sman to flushtasks before starting to surf (you should have more free RAM this way)

3) Make sure you got space on C: for the browser to put it's cache files

i have not done the upgrade because i have not seen any new updates for the voda p900, its the latest, but not R4A006 as you say, but it may have appeared since i last checked, i will try theupdate,

but i have sman

6mb on C: drive and

6mb free ram (after flushing tasks on sman,) about screenshot, it wont do it

Yeah, I had the same problem a coupla weeks back. At the time, I guess i had quite a lot of applications running and i started up another. I wonder whether its becuase my P900 couldnt shut them down properly? Phone works fine otherwise.

do you have sman installled or something, i think the applications that are for p800 work fine with p900

but the p800 apps for p900 dont all work, about 50 % of them work only from my experience,,,

what did you do to fix yours did you have vodafone firmware
