is there a way to get ringtones/sounds recorded off the mic/custom made ringtones off the phone via a data cable or something?
my area doesnt have mms yet..

Well, your phone has Bluetooth, IR, and can connect through a cable, so you choose.

well i wanna get the sound recorded files and created ringtones on my computer..
it doesnt have a bluetooth port or an IR port
so its only through a cable.. but i need some sorta software or way to get into my phone...?

Nope, cables won't work. They only send from the PC to the phone. You've got to go, via bluetooth or IR.

Sorry, cables will only send to the phone, they can't receive from the phone.

There shouldnt be any problem to install a bt dongle on your computer. It should only take you 5-10minutes. You can even get one much cheaper then a cable.
