From time to time my P900 is turned OFF for some reason,

-are there any way to make it "wakeup" from scheduled alarms / apointments?

I thought all phones had that function these days - my old T68 even got it....

Nope,
The alarm will not work with the power off an there is no way to make it work.

SE - solution was to switch to flight mode instead of power off ... it has the same effect (kind of) as power off because of minimal power consumption. I still would have liked alarms to bring it back to life automatically though (at least to flight mode).

Have to admit that I was very surprised when I read in Manual that phone will not make any alarm when it is switched off!

I think that this is very stupid because every phone today (even those you can buy for 50EUR) can do that!

Is there any chance that this could be fixed in some new s/w release?!

Boki

i think it might actually be a design feature rather than a mistake. the feature was also taken out for the T610 i believe.

i for one like the fact that if i turn the phone off it stays off.

i used to have a nok*a 6130 that spung to life for alarms. but it made me paraniod in exams so i had to take the battery out all the time!
