My gf got a T630 from Vodafone last week (yes, I'm jealous

). It doesn't seem to have any of the horrible branding that the T610s did. Can this be true, a regular SE from Vodafone?

It CAN be true (i've got an unbranded Z600 on voda) the trick is to buy from an independant dealer that sells phones and contracts from diff providers, they are the most likely to have boxes of unbranded/unlocked to be sold with any of the providers

Ask nicely and be polite yet persistent

I have an unbranded vodafone SE z600 from Singlepoint4U ...

unbranded is where it doesnt have any logos stuck to the front or back of your network, and vodafone live phones have a "Live!" button on the right of the main screen. eugh!

themes have nothing whatsoever to do with branding, they are just a functionality of the phone.
