ive tried really hard but cant seem to locate any cervice points in my area ive looked on
www.sonyericssonmobile.com but it only tells me of local dealers. any help would be most appriciated.(manchester,uk)

Ericsson operate a post in service where you can post the phone into them get things like the software updateing - for software updates they are currently quoting 24 turnaround and 2 days postage back

Takes about an hour, make sure battery fully charged and the place closes down for an hour 12 till 1 for lunch, so make sure there before 11 or after 1 cause they aren't flexible!
