> Need help about flashing a T610!

I need to know if:
a) The Carphone Warehouse will flash the phone with the latest firmware
b) How much it costs (roughly)
c) Whether the latest firmware is reliable and (most importantly) i it solves the memory problem (pics take up much more space on the phone than their actual size)

None yet, but I'll be getting the T610 next Wednesday. The reason I asked this is because I was concerned about the pic sizes, and that was the only thing that might have changed my mind to the Nokia 7250i. But now I'm stickin with T610.
So, anyway.... yeah.
