there are some old pcs emus for the new ones =)... just look at the screen before postin' =).
seriously there is one included in the uiq 2.1 sdk that is about 250mb and can be found at se's developer's world site.

It is not technicaly an emulator. it is a PC version of the whole operating system. That means you have to recompile your program using a x86 compiler to make it work into the simulator.
That meand none of the .SIS and apps you can find anywhere else will run in this simulator, it's strictly for debugging purpose during development.
