I have some trouble trying to sync my P900 with outlook 2000 (SR3).
At first it was not reliable at all. When I did a full sync everything seemed to be synchronised alright but when I removed the phone from the cradle and put it back and let it automatically do the sync all my contacts where gone from the phone, now and then even my calendar was empty. I could only put them back again by marking the option to force a full sync in the synchronisation program.
I downloaded the latest version of the sync program (version 2.3.1) and updated the phone software to the latest version. It seems to work better now but still not OK. Now and then I loose my contacts from the phone with the sync and not all my outlook contact are synchronised to the phone.
Anyone who has encountered the same problems?
I'm getting desperate here...

It seems that you have your synching settings all wrong.
Go to windows menu:
Start->Programs->Sony Ericsson->P900->Sync Station Settings.
Check if all the options seem OK.
