I don't think

wants us to, otherwise they would have included that option in the firmware.

The T630 (or any other phone) does not have a bluetooth access (or pairing) code of its own.
You define what code you want with each device that you pair with and it can be different for each pairing. Both devices being paired have to have the same code entered for the pairing to be successful.
The exception to this is the headsets which are preset to 0000 because they don't have a keypad in which you can enter the pairing code on the headset side.
Interestingly, I recall the original HBH-10 was able to have its default bluetooth pairing code changed via the accessories menu on the T68i but they don't seem to have continued with that feature

Yup...they doesn't have access code of thier own. Both devices must have the codes paired up.
For example: If a pda inserts 123 as the code, the phone must also insert 123 as the code

even if u can changed the pairing code. there is a way to master reset it to default code like "0000". and i am pretty sure that T68i do have that function if u have a HBH-10. coz i messed my friends T68i and his HBH-10 before.

essentially, bluejacking is where you send items to a phone you are
not paired with when they are not expecting it from you
pairing is the act of both phones agreeing to 'know' about each other so that certain actions can be taken without having to confirm or accept those actions each time
