Hi, i've got lots of games to be uploaded onto my T630 but all my games are in jad files. how do i upload these games via infra red???

Java games should be in .jar files.
The .jad files are only required for WAP downloading.
If your infra red is configured properly you should be able to use the infra red window to send the .jar files to the phone

I use cable and all my games are .jar Ive tried .jad and get invalid action or somthing like that.

With some luck you can get the .jar files back over the Internet.
Open the .jad file in notepad.
If the line MIDlet-Jar-URL contains a full URL this is where your can get the .jar.
If it only refer to xxxxxx.jar, then most likely it is in the same server that you get the .jad from. So append the "http://..." part
to the xxxxxx.jar and try to get it from there.
