Ok,
Looks like I have some old firmware (T610) oin my Z600. I need to get the latest firmware which should make some of my issues with the phone go away.
How do I upgrade the firmware ? Is there some instructions somewhere ?

I'll do as djpowelly and suggests that you do it on a service center, it won't cost anything since it's on your guarantee - if you flash the phone on your own you risk to destroy it and it'll void your quarantee

T610 fw on your phone?
best havea Service point flash it for you, that way you'll have your warranty still (in case something does go wrong)
