I see lots of references to SE Service centres in relation to getting branding removed on T610 am I the only person here who doews not know how to find such a place? Can someone please tell where my nearest one is and how to contact them .
I live in South Woodford East London / Essex borders.

There's an official SE service center called R's Electrics in Tottenham.
Their number is: 0208 808 1498
They are a few minutes walk from White Hart Lane rail station.
Don't bother with CPW. They aren't authorised service centers

Thanks Soulframe thats a real help I will give them a call as my T610 case is dented and I want to get rid of Vodafone branding do you think they will handle this?

Not too sure about the vodaphone branding but you can get a new case for around £25 (including fitting). Have a search for 'branded firmware' there should be a topic explaining it somewhere around here.

Service Centres but, contrary to soulframe's post, Carphone Warehouse have about 55 Express Repair Centres around the country, all of which are authorised
Service Centres, or you can take the phone to any CPW and you'll get it back in 2 weeks (a bit long!).

Nitro... there's also one in Walthamstow called Essex Cellular which is probably closer to you. I've used both RS and Essex Cellular, and they're both good.
Its located on Forest Rd, near Fulbourne rd... give it a go..

According to SE, CPW are NOT authorised to do software upgrades. Having it done by them TECHNICALLY breaks the warranty!
