I've just acquired a second hand P800 and I can't seem to send files to the phone through the cable. I've got a couple of music videos from this forum that I want to try out but I can't get it sorted. can anyone give me some sort of walk-through of how to do it?

Yeah, but I'm having the same trouble as that "Gaz" bloke was. I'm using Windows XP Pro like he was and my symptoms are the same. I've done everything the manual says. When I put my phone in the cradle, I don't get any sort of confimation that it's connected, yet the green logo lights up on the cradle. When I click on 'My P800', I'm not allowed to drag and drop any files as there are no folders to drag and drop into.
