When trying to continue in the update process I get the following error: SyncStation is being used by another application, try to find and stop the guilty application and then try again (something like that). Has anyone had this error and how do you get around it to complete the update?

Are you using XP Pro? You may find that there are multiple users set-up on your machine and PC Suite was installed under one user but you are trying to use as another user.

There is an issue with previous installation of the SE software!
It thinks that itself is another user!
I have had to use another 'fresh' PC and then all goes well!
