Hello,

I am having problem unlocking my T68i. I bought username/password and I am using Ericsson Unlocking 6.52 USA software. After I enter my username/password and select COM port, I go and press 'Read GDFS'. By the way, I have a correct cable too. After that I press 'NO' key on my phone very quickly. And here is when I get a problem. My phone blinks RED and turns on saying 'Insert SIM'. I tried to repeat the process but I get the same results. I don't get the NCK number that I need. What should I do? How can I get it to work?

I don't know what the heck that program is that you are using. PM me so we can see if we can figure out what is the problem with your phone.

It's the good old unlock by log program. But is there a SIM in your phone? Why didn't you contact the place where you bought your user ID/password for help?
