I am really having some problems joining giving away of celfones both in Eat Bulaga and MTB. The contest is on it's 3rd straight week now. I noticed some 'irregularities' at one of MTB's episode when they were giving away a Nokia 3660. The phone 'already' rang when the process of giving away the number to dial was still in the process of being raffled via live patch on air on the tv screen. Looks like the phone being given away were also literally 'given - away' to MTB's employees. Why the heck the celfone rang when the complete number to call was not yet show on tv screen???, Mr. Edu Manzano's face and some hosts faces were seen on tv quite disarrayed and confused, Mr. Manzano even lamented in the native tongue-"Akala niyo makakaisa kayo ngayon ha"(You think you guys can win this one again this time?), I am assuming here that he is pertaining to the show's crew- completely ??????? That's why the following day they instantly changed the style of the system, they got a simpack still unopened, and inserted the simcard live shown on national tv. After a day, they changed the style of joining the contest - completely, you have to register first and your entry will be electronically be (as what they say????) raffled the following day. While on Eat Bulaga, joining the contest was quite hard as well, you have to type some words and send it via sms on air, I really tried sending it 1 week straight, but what I was getting was a busy signal for almost 1.5 hrs. - gee, millions of texters are really into the habit of joining now. Last Saturday, March 6th - Eat Bulaga gave away a brand new SE P900, I just don't know who won it. In a nutshell, it must really take a lot of patience to be able to win a colored fone on such tv show contest here in Manila -though, much better compared in Russia !

ok lang yun na walang SE na pinamimigay sa mga noon-time shows
gusto mo bang sabihan ka ng..."Nanalo ka sa Eat Bulaga?"
with your pinaghirapang bilhin na p900?

New rule/system witnessed at MTB show. You now have to dial their landline number flashed on the screen - much easier and more chances to win rather than what they had before. When your call has entered their data base, they will spin a small roulette, wherein there are a number of colored Nokia fones posted, majority of which are Nokia 6600s - not bad. Your prize will now depend where the needlepoint will stop, on what brand that is. Eat Bulaga's contest is now considered much 'painstakingly-difficult' to consider . . .

@warp86 - What do you mean by 'outside' of Manila, are you pertaining to countries? If not, then I guess you are wrong here mate. I mean is if you're living in the countryside. Majority of the winners in both the mentioned noontime shows have winners coming from central and southern Luzon. Like Pampanga, Laguna, Cavite and Bataan. Only a few now are coming (winners) from NCR.

hmmm i have a theory why konti lang from NCR and marami from northern luzon... could it be because of the delay of transmission-- receiving signal from the tv station directly via antenna (baron super antenna hehe) vs. cable which sometimes have delays because they use satellite and relays? pansin nyo sometimes pag live simulcasts between 2 local stations when u switch from 1 station to another may delay? so technically may mga nauuna makakita ng phone number to call... just a tot...
