Do u think I should trade my T610 i 4 a T630 or mayb wait a while until SE makes some new fones? but then the price 4 a T610 would go down...is it worth tradin it in?

My answer to you is; if you fancy a new phone, and can afford it, go for it!
An upgrade of a phone is an improvement of the prvious phone.

1.3MPixels and 262144 colours and more memory are things I really will apreciate to see in SE S700

I would hardly call T630 an upgrade - after all its the same phone - only different screen and design - nothing else. If you allready have a T610 - I see no reason at all to spend money on trading it to a T630.
I'd save the money and wait for a real upgrade - with more memory, better camera etc.
