> T610 recorded ringtones and shortcuts
Bookmark topic
Hi.
Just got a T610 and a having a problem with 2 features:
1. I have tried recording a ringtone with the sound recorder but there seems to be no way of actually setting it to be the ringing alert. I have checked a load of reviews for the phone and they all say that it is possible. Am I doing something completely stupid?
2. I would like to personalise my shortcuts but am confused as to the "positions" of the keys. Does each key have it's own number? If so, where do I find out what is what?
Any help would be very much appreciated.

You cannot use recordings as ringtones. Also, with the shortcuts, you can access up to ten of them by pushing the 1-0 keys that correspond to position in the list. For example, to access the 10th position, press 0, and to access the first position, press 1. Also, to access the first position, from the stand-by screen, press left on the joystick.
Welcome to Esato and learn how to bloody search!
