How do I view screensavers on my P800 so that they fill the screen and not just the top 1/4 of the screen, and is it possible to view videos in full screen as on the p900?

When you're viewing a picture in "Pictures", you should just be able to tap the picture and have it fill the screen - or tap Pictures -> View widescreen in the top menu. The same principles apply in the Video player too, to get full-screen video.
If that doesn't work for you, or you don't have those options in your menus, you must have an earlier firmware version (this was added in later releases). You'll need to get the phone upgraded to the latest software, which is version R2F - you may find this improves the phone performance generally in other ways too.
