i think this is the first time that i've seen six locked threads fill my screen. i was just wondering if all the mods got together and prepared for this revelation from .knowing that eventhough each thread each particular new phone starts off with "Please use this thread to discuss the new Sony Ericsson _____", 15 other people will still start their own s700 or k700 thread.

oh, is this supposed to be in garbage?

When new phones are introduced the traffic on Esato are always expected to increase.
The way Masseur introduced the new phones yesterday morning was a brilliant and tidy.
It was easy for everybody to find, look at and scare opinions of the individual phones in individual topics. He also managed to keep the discussions in the relevant topics by locking new topics on each of the phones in a matter of minutes.
Great work Masseur!
We can all see why Laffen invited you to join Team Esato.

Personally I was tied down at work most of the day yesterday so I'm not entitle to any glory for the great work that was done. I'm a bit uncertain which ones of the mods who were actually on line yesterday but all I can say is: I'm proud to be a member of Team Esato when I see how this site is managed on a daily basis as well as yesterday.

thanks for the comments guys though I can see my mistake in leaving those locked threads there lock enough for them to be so visible as shown in the screen dump in the first post here.

I've tidied up a bit now and removed those so it doesn't look so bad now

@masseur - oh gosh i hope you don't think i was complaining about the clutter! no, in a way i thought it was funny and man, after yesterday you must be spent. if you ask me, the "clutter" is good to have for at least a day so the other people who want to post the same thing might have a better chance at seeing that it is pointless.

no mate, I knew what you meant, and that is certainly why I left them there - so it was obvious, but I didn't realise there were quite so many until I saw your screen dump!
