Hello all,
This is my first post here, and what I've seen, I think I came to right place. I have a customer who is asking me too difficult questions for me to answer, so if possible, could anyone of you help me?

He bought Ericsson t65, and RS232 cable for that. He downloaded some software(dunno which one) to synchronise his mobile with Outlook. The problem is that the software doesn't support Windows XP and Outlook 2002. Is there any software that supports those two? And if so, where could I find it?

I don't know, this might have been asked before, but I'm too lazy bastard to search for it, and much too busy too..

The T65 works with DRS-10 serial cable (maybe what he got). The software can be found in the FAQ, and yes they do work with Windows XP and Outlook 2002 (using the cable).

Thanks for the quick reply! His cable is actually DRS-11, if it matters..I'll have to search that FAQ to find him the software..let's see if I can find it.

Dear 'lazy bastard' (and i an only quoting you), since you say you're too busy to do the research yourself why dont you just recommend your client to visit this site? If he had been resourceful enough to find the software from the net, then it would be a cinch for him - and you free yourself from the mundane task of searching for answers here. Gowin, I thought so, but I must do something for him, we have some quite big negotiations going on...have to lick his arse a bit:) But, anyway, thanks for the idea.

Thanks for the links mate! I'll try them later, now I'm off from work...

In case you do get the business, maybe you could contribute something back to the site - after all, it could've been a major factor for them that you were able to assist them This post was posted from a T39
