how long do they take?
onestopphoneshop cite this as being the reason why I don't have my phone yet!
Thier online order checker says "Awaiting connection to Mobile Network"
and I emailed them and they say it's down to o2 now.

It shouldn't take much time, in an 02 shop they could do it in a few minutes. I think onestop shop is just passing the buck. I remember reading a thread here on this shop and if I remeber correctly many people were unhappy with theie service.
