My phone was making some minor faults so I took it to the

repair centre in Langley. I gave it in on Friday last wk and was going to collect it on Monday. Due to school work, I had to leave it and, on Tusday my Mum recieved a call saying that the phone had to be sent away! I rung the service center up and they said that there were ringtones missing after the software upgrade?!? So they said they will repair it or send me a new unit! Why is this? Something to do with the 13sec trick?

I don't know what might have caused it but at least they admit to having buggered it up and are doing something with it.

Yeh, I suppose... I might even get a new one.. they dont do the T300 anymore do they?

My guess is that they'll give you a T230 as a replacement.

Most like they'll fix it. But there aren't many low-end

handsets on the market in the UK at the moment, so they'll probably replace it with a T310 or Z200, if at all, and if there's no reconditioned T300 stock left!

The T230 is nothing compared to the T300! Okay, it's got a really sleek design, but it has no IR!!! Come on! If we don't have Bluetooth at least, we've got to have IR!!! AH!!!
