> Crackling sound or static on HBH-30

hi there,
i have searched through the SE forums and found a few threads regarding crackling sounds when using the HBH 30/35/60/65 with T610.
I am now using a HBH-30 with T630 and T20ec (via DBA-10 adaptor).
I get bad crackling sounds or static with both phones. Previously when I used HBH-15, it was very clear. * Sigh *
Has anyone managed to find out the exact cause of this problem? Is it a headset problem ?
