yes, i have made a claim using the t-mobile insurance. its generally quite good, not too many questions asked and your claim is approved/disapproved within a couple of days. bare in mind that you do have to pay a 25 pound excess fee and when u receive your new phone they give you only what could have been on the phone when it was lost (memory stick,1 stylus, case and strap). but for the price id say that its worth it.

t-mobile's insurance is one of the better ones really, cheap but very well covered.
if your about to make a claim then make sure you have phoned the police for a crime reference number first.

T Mobile upon successful claim on insurance, ie insurance provider being Homecare should give you the complete Box ie with all extras, charger stylus sync unit.

u sure about that?
i thought they replaced just the product itself with a reconditioned phone of the same model (where possible).
that could of been the older insurance company tho, i know we changed it in the last 6 months (i think)

that would mean you will be paying £10 a month on insurance, and also remember that they phone t-mob to check which phone has been barred - this is always the phone on the account, not the phone imei that was last used.
might be worth checking with the insurance ppl tho just incase.

Yes im sure!
T Mobile use Homecare as their insurance carrier.
When you make a claim T Mobile SHOULD give you the whole box. This is for two reasons, one is theh whole box ie phone charger is written off by Homecare and two because if a T Mobile store held back certain items ie chargers batteries from a full insurance replacement box the said accessories would not be on T Mobiles store inventory therfore kinda not allowed!!
Enough said
