I have made a starter kit, with step by step instructions, for making your own icons for Aqua Calendar.

There is a zip-file (iconpak.zip) with a txt-file with instructions and two folders with four files each.
I tested to download it again, and it worked fine.
Try downloading with right-clicking and "save target as".
