I just called SE and was told as of now, the decision is that T68m->i upgrade is not going to be available in US. The rep said things may change later, but as of now, that's what they were told.

That really is a sad news. 8(
Maybe it will come out later. It seems that the US gets new stuff much later than others, that includes phones, accessories, firmware supports, etc. But eventually it might become available.
