the worst thing happened today, got up and picked up p900 and screen has great big crack on it, lucky i have orange care and new handset arrives tommorow. can anyone help me in completely resetting phone?

You can restore a firmware from the website, you don't have to touch the screen, and it will definitly wipe the phone completely

have just deleted everything i had on phone and done a master rest, this seems to have worked. just go to wait till tommorow to get the new handset
