Anyone know of any? have been looking for an earlier version of itunes to work on os 9 but in vain... would love it if someone has a copy of the .sit or .bin or wateva file or a link to it... im desperate here! Also my cd player's bust so i'm using my mac rigged up to decent speakers as a stereo... but it's not much fun having to *manually* select a new track after another's finished. This is in the 800/900 forum because a) i own both (

) and b) i want to transfer the ripped music to one or the other, which brings me to my next point: my mac, being one of the "beige" ones has NO usb! Does any one know where a usb pci card could be found? or is someone selling one? just without usb i cant use a card reader and, and, and

hey again mate, still trying to update to jaguar i see

you can get iTunes for mac os9 by going to macupdate.com and searching fpr itunes. have a looky at the different version numbers until ya find one for os9. bingo

oh and WE NEED A MAC FORUM..cough...

Ah! my saviour! Newest rersion for OS9 is iTunes 2.04. about upgrading: i think it should work usb or no usb: some nutter's got osx working on 33mhz with 64mb of ram

so no reason my souped up G3 shouldn't work. if not, i'll just add a usb pci card... q @macusers: do i need a special card or will a windows one do?

Im looking for pcmcia cards to use with a powerbook so if i find an answer to your question by accident ill pm you.

as for the petiton, a bit over the top but yes yes YES. i hate the way everyone assumes that all se users have pcs and its reflected in the fact that i cant find help for the p900 and a mac anywhere on the net. We need a forum.
