Hi there,

I know I can hide the Call ID every single call I make. However I'd like to permanently hide my Call ID, is there a way to do that on the P900 ?

Thanks !

If you want to do it call by call, you can use the standard gsm code #31# before the destination number, or a phone function that adds it.

If you want to hide your ID for all calls, I think you have to ask your provider to activate it.

Then, if you want to show your ID to some specific contact, type *31# before the number (or add before the number in the agenda)

Ok how do you ask the provider to permanently hide the Call ID ? I must call the customer service or there's a special code to use ?

i think if they hide your id going out, it'll also hide id's coming on, so when people ring you, it'l just say an incoming call

Well, you heard wrong. When you have your ID blocked, your operators (or if you're on roaming, the operators handling your call) can still see your number, but they put it through as blocked. However, when you receive a call, it isn't gonna be blocked unless the other person wanted to block their number.
