Hi everyone! I just got the P900. I installed the PC Suite and I think I have the COM ports right, but when I click on the My P900 icon, it says the phone is not connected. When I look at the COM port connections, it says the COM port is connected, but the phone appears unconnected. I have a Bluetooth dongle and I'm able to send files from the P900 to my PC (WinXP HE) and back, but can't sync.

Any advice? This is soooo frustrating!!

make sure your phone is not locked
when you connect.
it should be in standby mode.

thanks for the tip, but that doesn't seem to take care of the problem. It's so frustrating!!! I expected this to work seamlessly. When I use the BT dongle and search for device, it identifies the P900, but then when I try to perfrom the sync, it tells me "Service PIM synchronization is not found on device P900". Is this crazy or what??!!
