> Z600 SMS slow

I need to know has anyone found a way to make the sms faster for Z600? I am currently facing some time lag of about 1sec when moving from finishing typing the msg, to the contacts selection stage. Thanks in advance. My sw version is R5B_001.

Well I have used both the firmware version R2F0002 and currently I am using R5B001 after my phone replacement, It seems faster, guess that its a software glitch in your firmware get it upgraded again.
But incase you are comparing the Speed of SMS to Nokia handsets, then My friend its not possible Nokia is def Faster

Ebody say that nokias r faster by texting messages, never had any prob with d speed of /// or se. Think u have 2 live with it :-(

Go into Settings > Language > Input. Uncheck the languages you dont use (on mine I only have English, Standard ABC and 123... enabled). That should speed up things a bit. For another speed increase, start writing a new text message and press 'more'. Go down to word suggestions and enable 'dont display'. That speeds up things a little. Hope this helps!
