> voice command problem...need advice

when I hit the button for voice dial, on either the phone or headset, I get "no match found" immediately. There is no time to say a command for it to try to recognize. Any suggestions?

It shouldn't be like that you should be able to hear a beep after which you need to say the command. I am not patronising but have you recorded any voice commands at all?. You need to add voice commands to the contacts to activate this function.

got it .thanks for responding though. Even though the menu said I had many voice commands, when I went to that contact, the command was gone...they were all gone. Maybe from the SE update, I don't know.

yes, the
update wipes everything and the boice commands are not backed up and therefore not restored unfortunately
