CANT SEEM TO HEAR ANYONE WHEN MAKING & RECEIVING CALLS BUT CAN STILL HEAR RINGTONES ECT .
BUT IT SEEMS OK WITH THE HEADSET CONNECTED .
ANY IDEAS ANYONE..
PS ITS NOT A BLUE TOOTH HEADSET

go to any Service points or Service centers of ericsson and they can fix it with you. maybe your speaker is faulty or speaker is loose.
